She Means Digital Membership – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the She Means Digital Membership!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline how the membership works, what you can expect, and what’s expected from you as a member.
By joining, you agree to follow these Terms — so please take a moment to read them carefully.
1. About the Membership
The She Means Digital Membership (“Membership”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a private community and learning hub for female business owners, operated by She Means Digital.
The Membership includes access to community features, resources, live coaching sessions, digital downloads, and exclusive training hosted on our private app.

2. Pricing & Payments
The Membership is $11 per month, billed monthly.
The first 100 founding members will always keep the $11/month rate, even if the price increases in the future.
Future members will be notified in advance of any price changes.
There are no yearly or multi-year payment options at this time.
3. Trial Offers & Promotions
When we officially launch on 11th November, new members can join for $1 for the first 14 days, and this special offer only lasts for 48 hours.
Occasionally, we may run limited-time promotional offers (for example, a 7-day $1 trial).
After your trial ends, the full monthly membership rate of $11 will automatically apply unless cancelled before the trial period expires.
4. Cancellations
We’re a no-strings-attached community.
You can cancel your membership anytime by:
Emailing hello@shemeansdigital.com, or
Cancelling directly through your account settings in the membership app.
Once cancelled:
Your access to all membership content and community features (including Zoom sessions) will end immediately.
As the membership is digital and low-cost, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused access.
5. Conduct & Community Guidelines
We’re here to support, connect, and empower women in business - which means kindness and respect are non-negotiable.
You agree not to:
Share or sell your login details.
Spam, pitch, or sell your own services within the community unless prompted or given the opportunity.
Post abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content.
Violate any copyright or intellectual property rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if these terms are breached.
6. Intellectual Property
All videos, templates, checklists, and materials inside the membership are owned by She Means Digital or our third-party providers.
You can use them to support and grow your own business.
You cannot share, sell, resell, distribute, or give them away elsewhere.
Any unauthorised sharing or reproduction of materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy.
Both you and She Means Digital agree to respect each other’s confidentiality.
Neither party will use or share any confidential information of the other for any purpose other than to perform their obligations under these Membership Terms.
We take your privacy and trust seriously - your personal data and any information you share within the membership community or during coaching sessions will be treated as strictly confidential, unless required by law or with your explicit permission.

8. No Guarantees or Liability
We can’t guarantee specific business results, sales, or success - every member’s journey is unique.
We are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from your use of the membership content or participation in the community.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our membership or policies.
If we make significant updates, we’ll notify members by email or inside the app.
10. Governing Law
Your Membership and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes or claims arising in connection with your Membership will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
